The great master of Italian pastry, Iginio Massari, is about to land in Tokyo for a masterclass scheduled on February 29th, 2024, entirely dedicated to the creation of Panettone, the quintessential Christmas dessert, symbol of Italian art and craftsmanship.
The event organized by Molino Dallagiovanna, with which Maestro Massari has been collaborating for years, aims to promote the culture of Panettone and to enhance the product of Italian tradition and excellence in the heart of Japan.
Japanese pastry chefs and bakers have the unique opportunity to learn directly from the skilled hands of Maestro Massari techniques and secrets behind the creation of three different variants:
- Traditional Panettone
- Chocolate Panettone
- Pistachio Panettone
The Tokyo appointment is realized in collaboration with Agrimontana and with Roots, the importer of Molino Dallagiovanna flours in Japan. The Japanese one is the first stop of 2024 for Meet Massari R-evolution, the tour promoted by Molino Dallagiovanna with the great master of Italian pastry, now in its sixth edition.
