A rich calendar of events and novelties is anticipated to come to life on the Palco del Gusto (Stage of Taste). Many great masters will showcase their skills over the course of five days, presenting creations in bread, pasta, pizza, and desserts. Additionally, there will be the exclusive preview launch of new products that will enrich and qualify the offerings for professionals in the field of white art.
