PUMPKIN PIE

Homemade Pumpkin Pie (9-inch pie)

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 ¼ cups (160 g) Molino Dallagiovanna all-use flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, but great for sweet pies)

  • ½ cup (115 g) cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

  • 3–5 tbsp ice water

For the filling:

  • 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) pumpkin purée

  • 1 can (12 oz / 354 ml) evaporated milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional but recommended)

  • ½ tsp salt
