Homemade Pumpkin Pie (9-inch pie)
Ingredients:
For the crust:

1 ¼ cups (160 g) Molino Dallagiovanna all-use flour

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, but great for sweet pies)

½ cup (115 g) cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

3–5 tbsp ice water
For the filling:

1 can (15 oz / 425 g) pumpkin purée

1 can (12 oz / 354 ml) evaporated milk

2 large eggs

¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon
-
½ tsp ground ginger
-
¼ tsp ground cloves
-
¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional but recommended)

½ tsp salt
