Ingredients:

Butter |
2 3/4 cups (600gr) |
| Powdered sugar | 2 1/2 cups (300gr) |
| Eggs | 2 large (100gr) |
| Yolk | 5 large (100gr) |
| Salt | 1 tsp (5gr) |
Procedure:
In a mixer, mix room temperature butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs and sift in theflour.
Mix until dough is sticky about 5 minutes.
Shape as you prefer and let rest.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) until golden brown 10/12 minutes depends on thickness.
