Christmas Frollini

Christmas Frollini

Ingredients: 

FlourFrolla 8 cups (1000gr)

Butter

2 3/4 cups (600gr)
Powdered sugar 2 1/2 cups (300gr)
Eggs 2 large (100gr)
Yolk 5 large (100gr)
Salt 1 tsp (5gr)

  

Procedure:

In a mixer, mix room temperature butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs and sift in theflour.
Mix until dough is sticky about 5 minutes.
Shape as you prefer and let rest.

Bake at 320°F (160°C) until golden brown 10/12 minutes depends on thickness.
