Ingredients:
| Flour Universale 00 | 2 cups (250gr) |
| Butter | 1 cups (250gr) |
| Egg Yolk | 1 cup (25g) |
| Sugar | 1 1/4 cups (250gr) |
| Almond Powder | 1 1/4 cups (250gr) |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp (2g) |
| Vanilla Bean | 1 |
Procedure:
Add sugar, almondflour, vanilla then add cubed butter and mix in the mixer.
Add sift inflour, egg yolk and salt.
Roll out to a height of 1/4 inch thik cup with a round cookie cutter and form into balls; place them on the baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 320°F (160°C) until the cookie is golden brown.
When cooked let them cool down and assemble the cookies.
Grab two cookies and put a hazelnut spread in the middle like a sandwich.
