BACI DI DAMA

Ingredients:

  Flour Universale 00 2 cups (250gr)
Butter 1 cups (250gr)
Egg Yolk 1 cup (25g)
Sugar 1 1/4 cups (250gr)
Almond Powder 1 1/4 cups (250gr)
Salt 1/2 tsp (2g)
Vanilla Bean 1

Procedure: 

Add sugar, almondflour, vanilla then add cubed butter and mix in the mixer.
Add sift in
flour, egg yolk and salt.
Roll out to a height of 1/4 inch thik cup with a round cookie cutter and form into balls; place them on the baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 320°F (160°C) until the cookie is golden brown.
When cooked let them cool down and assemble the cookies.
Grab two cookies and put a hazelnut spread in the middle like a sandwich.
