OCTOBER 23, 2023 WHAT: Molino Dallagiovanna’s bakery chef Fabio Del Sorbo will hold a masterclass dedicated not only to the making of the Traditional Panettone, but also to the Chocolate, Caramel and Pecan Nuts Panettone as well. WHEN: The Panettone Masterclasses will start at 9AM and will end at 5PM. WHERE: The events will take place at the Chocolate Academy in Chicago on October 22nd and at the Chocolate Academy in Montreal on October 24th.
