PIZZA “LANAPOLETANA”

PIZZA “LANAPOLETANA”

Recipe for 4 round pizzas or 2 square pizzas on the oven baking tray

INGREDIENTS
• 500 g / 17.63 oz of flour lanapoletana
• 290 ml / 9.12 fl. Oz of warm water
• 12 g / 0.42 oz of salt
• 10 g / 0.35 oz of instant yeast / 6 tsp (30 g / 1.05 oz) of fresh yeast
• 8 g / 0.28 oz of sugar

Mix together flour, salt and sugar, add the yeast melted in warm water. Knead until
dough comes together, divide and let it rest covered with a wet cloth for about 3
hours or until the dough doubles its size.
Stretch the pizza in the desired shape, add the topping and bake it at minimum
500f (250°c) for approximately 12-15 minutes.
Cooking time may vary depending on the oven.
