
Ingredients:
2 cups (250gr) Flour Universale 00
2 1/4 cups (500gr) Butter
4 cups (500gr) Powdered sugar
10 large (500gr) Eggs
1 1/3 cups (250gr) Potato starch
1 3/4 tbsp (8gr) Baking Powder
1tsp (4 g) Salt
2 Vanilla beans
Procedure:
In a mixer with the whisk attachment at medium speed, beat the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add the eggs a little at a time, pour in the previously sifted flour, starch and baking powder. Butter and dust cake pans with flour, fill to a generous 2/3 full with mass. Bake in the oven at 350°F(180°C) for 30min.
Remove the Torta Paradiso from the cake pans while they are still warm, dusting lightly powdered sugar once the cake has cooled down.
Use a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan.
