WHAT: Molino Dallagiovanna’s bakery chef Fabio Del Sorbo, joined by renowed pastry chef Biagio Settepani, will hold a masterclass dedicated not only to the making of the Traditional
Panettone, but also to the Chocolate Panettone as well. 
Pastry Chef Del Sorbo will be baking using one of the 450 different flours that Molino Dallagiovanna
offers in their vast collection of superior flours, Panettone Flour.

WHEN: The Panettone Masterclass will start at 10AM until 3PM. A light lunch and tasting of the Panettones baked
during the masterclass is set for 1PM - 2PM.

WHERE: The event will take place at the Chocolate Academy in New York.
