For pasta, we will welcome Walter Zanoni, who will demonstrate the potential of our flours in traditional and modern dough interpretations. In the world of pastry, our Pastry Ambassador Antonio Costagliola will guide guests through refined creations that express precision, balance, and innovation.
The event will also feature the international preview of our new Blackery line, officially launching in the U.S. market this June.
