This immersive class guides you through each step of creating artisanal Panettone, from selecting the finest ingredients, making the perfect and airy dough to the perfect cutting technique.

At the end, each participant will take home one panettone. There is no need to bring any tools, everything will be provided to you, only a pastry jacket if you wish.
