GLUTEN FREE PASTA

The “laTriplozero®” gluten free version. A mix which does not become grey and keeps for a long time without any changes to its organoleptic properties. It is suitable for pasteurization and slow drying and needs a high hydration compared to traditional flours. Ideal for both manual and machine preparations, it can be used without any special measures, even in extrusion.

Ideal for gluten free fresh pasta.
